Refund policy

If you wish to return any items, a $8.00 fee will apply to ship back the items you no longer want.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, issues, or wrong items delivered

We are so sorry if this ever happens, but please directly email us at stuffypuffs1@gmail.com if it does.

You have 24 hours from when tracking says it was delivered to notify us that an item is damaged. You may use our site contact form, or use our direct email. 

Please provide an attachment of your original receipt/invoice, and a photo of what you received as proof. There is no need to send anything back, as we will just send you the right items or undamaged items free of charge. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
