Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all orders placed!

All orders take 1 to 3 business days for processing time. After your order is processed, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive to your address. Please contact stuffypuffs1@gmail.com if your order has not arrived. Please note we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the mail carrier. 

When returning items, shipping is not free!

If you request a return and your return is approved, a $8.00 shipping fee will apply to return the items you no longer want. Please contact stuffypuffs1@gmail.com if you wish to return your items. 

Lost packages or wrong address

Stuffy Puffs LLC is not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local USPS to help you find your package.

Stuffy Puffs LLC is not responsible for a package that was sent to an incorrect address. Please include your full address when checking out. Do not forget your apartment or unit number in the address line. If you happen to put the wrong address in, you have 6 hours to contact Stuffy Puffs to change the address. Once an item is sent out, Stuffy Puffs is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address. Please contact your local USPS, or the USPS that services the wrong address, and perhaps they will be able to help.
